THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following item was on exhibit at the Elvis Presley Museum since the 1980's. It has been part of the world famous Jimmy Velvet Collection. The largest collection of authentic Elvis Presley items in the world.

The Elvis Presley Museum opened on June 1st, 1978. and is the only museum in the world licensed by Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc and "Graceland" - the estate of Elvis Presley.
