Elvis Presley's owned and used light blue and cream floral patten upholstered king size headboard and matching quilted king size bedspread comforter, owned by Elvis Presley and used in Elvis' bedroom in his Los Angeles home located at 1174 Hillcrest Drive in the Trousdale Estates of Beverly Hills.
When Elvis sold the house in the 1970s, Elvis stated that the house was perfect as it was and sold all the furnishings with the home.
Jimmy Velvet originally purchased these at the Don B. Smith Auction at the Hollywood Palladium, which was the auction for the contents of Elvis' Hillcrest home.
These were on display for many years in Jimmy Velvet's world famous Elvis Presley Museum and seen by millions of fans.
Many years after that, they were on display at the Elvis-A-Rama Museum in Las Vegas.
These were auctioned by Butterfield and Butterfield in the legendary, historic Elvis Presley auction of the day in 1994. The Elvis Presley Museum Collection, Jimmy Velvet's auction. You can see the items on page 86, Lot 436 of the famous 'blue book' auction catalog.
Accompanied by two letters of authenticity, one from the Elvis Presley Museum hand signed by Jimmy Velvet and the other hand signed by Chris Davidson owner of the Elvis-A-Rama Museum before he sold it to Graceland.
For security purposes all items acquired from Elvis Presley Auctions and Elvis Presley Museum will be accompanied by an Elvis Presley Museum hand signed letter with Corporate Seal.
